German, Kienzle (Flying Dial Trademark), Berliner or 'FreeSwinger', with a fancy cast brass pendulum, embossed dial center and porcelain chapter ring.
CONDITION:
although the mov't needs cleaning, and the case is a bit dirty, this is in overall good+ original condition with a Nice original top, original finials and all moldings & buttons present; orig finish. Quality mov't has solid plates and cut pinions. Backboard has a full vertical dry split. Pendulum depicts two butterflies with silvered wings at a blossom. Ht 38"
